Arketting provides strategic consulting, automation system implementation, and growth infrastructure services. These services involve time, technical configuration, and resource allocation once initiated.

Because of this structured implementation model, refund policies differ from product-based businesses.

2. Refund Policy for One-Time Projects

  • Initial payments are non-refundable once work begins.
  • Once discovery, architecture, or implementation has started, fees cover allocated resources and technical effort.
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at Arketting’s discretion.

No refunds are provided for completed phases or delivered work.

3. Retainer & Subscription Services

  • Retainer fees are billed in advance.
  • Monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
  • Cancellation requires written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No partial-month refunds are provided.

4. Project Pause Policy

If the Client delays approvals, access, or payments beyond agreed timelines:

  • Project may be paused.
  • Timeline extensions may apply.
  • Reactivation fees may be charged.

Pauses exceeding 30 days may require project reassessment.

5. Delays Due to Client Non-Compliance

Refunds are not applicable where delays result from:

  • Failure to provide access
  • Delayed approvals
  • Incomplete documentation
  • Subscription lapse of required tools

6. Results & Performance Disclaimer

Arketting does not guarantee:

  • Revenue targets
  • Specific ROI
  • Lead volume
  • Conversion rates

Growth outcomes depend on execution, market demand, and business readiness. Refunds are not granted based on perceived performance dissatisfaction.

7. Third-Party Platform Costs

Refunds do not apply to:

  • CRM subscriptions
  • Advertising spend
  • Hosting fees
  • Payment gateway charges
  • External software tools

These are governed by respective providers.

8. How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:
