Initial payments are non-refundable once work begins.
Once discovery, architecture, or implementation has started, fees cover allocated resources and technical effort.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at Arketting’s discretion.

Retainer fees are billed in advance.

If the Client delays approvals, access, or payments beyond agreed timelines:

Reactivation fees may be charged.

Pauses exceeding 30 days may require project reassessment.

5. Delays Due to Client Non-Compliance

Refunds are not applicable where delays result from:

Failure to provide access
